Wedding Day!

Trav, Dave and I are getting ready for the big day. Its 42 minutes until the taxi arrives to take us to the big day. The Wedding at 3:00pm, The Reception from 5:30pm. The wedding is to be held on the MV Mandalay, the ship's captain has asked time and time again if he can perform the ceremony. However our wedding is not the Love Boat! The Reception is to be held at Sumac. Its a glorious day 23 degrees.

Cathy and I will post again when we are on the road. Hopefully today goes off without a hitch!

14 Days to Go

Wow, The Peugeot 307 is booked for March thru to May. A lovely car which
Cathy will test drive for 2 months before buying one back here when we
return.

The pensione in Frankfurt is booked (our first stop), still trying to work
out whether there's 4 days of entertainment in that city.

Then on to Istanbul and the adventure begins. Hostel is here
(http://www.sidehotel.com/english/pension.asp). It looks great.

Then on to Gallipoli.

We'll be updating this all the time, hopefully to avoid the need for heaps
of group emails.

Looking Forward

There's only 15 days til the wedding and 17 til the holiday. Can't wait. This blog will be our way of communicating with family and friends while we are away!
